The 2025 season launches with a special history festival at Ashford Castle in late February.

- Climate Change – climate experts present a series of lectures on our warming planet.
- Fiction – author and presenter Myles Dungan discusses his favourite crime novels.
- Crime – Myles Dungan offers potted histories of crime, spying and forensic science
- Wellness – led by leading physiotherapists and psychologists, a series of presentations on wellness for both body and mind, plus crucial working from home advice.

2025 presenters include Dr. Myles Dungan, the presenter of The History Show; Dr. David McCullagh, the presenter of The Six-One News; UCD professor Diarmaid Ferriter; Oireachtas TV’s Flor Mac Carthy and prolific author Turtle Bunbury.
